With a democratically elected government in Pakistan, can India expect curbing of Jehadi terrorism?

1. The situation will not change much in favour of India, whether there is a military regime or a democratic government by the people of Pakistan. The Pakistan Army has 90% of its Officers rank who have come from the Madrasas. It is a Taliban Army, first of its kind assiduously groomed by Gen. Zia who was allegedly killed by the CIA.
2. i dont think terrorists allign themselves with a particular party or country.
3. There will be no democracy in Pakistan while there is an american influence. This has been proven time and time again. No one learns, though. Sorry.
4. Pakistan will never stop troubling India till the Kashmir joins it as its part.
5. It is ISI headed by an Army General who feeds and patronizes the terrorists in Afghanistan and India, A Civil government has hardly any control on the Pak Army.
