What effect will Benazir Bhutto being assisinated today, have on our relations with Pakistan?

I don't know much about her, but that's the news this morning, 15 minutes ago. If you do know who she was, please include a description of that in your answer (your opinion, not wiki links). Was she friends with us, or something else? I didn't pay much attention to news about her, apparently she was someone important to Pakistan. *assassinated - sorry!

1. Well, from my understanding (drawn from domestic media, so who knows, really) She was a very controversial leader in favor of democracy. While she had scandal w/i her regime (who doesnt) she appeared to be on the US's side in keeping the peace and trying to end the militia takeover there. She was the prime minister. And i have no idea what will happen next, but my little brother is over there and im scared shitless because according to him she was one of the main suporters of the US occupation keeping the peace between the insurgency and the US forces.
