2. No. Pakistan team is in the habit of tempering the ball. It is a mere propoganda against the Pakistan Team just to lower their morale and the discourage them. Inzmam is a good captain and he will never temper with the ball. Thus my answer to this question is "Yes. Pakistan is a reliable country".
