1. Pakistan hasn’t used their nuclear weapons so as far as I’m concerned where’s the threat. The US on the other hand have destroyed 2 entire cities and killed millions of people. The effects of the bombs are still being felt today. When will the us show some restraint.

3. yes they will.there is actually a unwritten alliance,if you wish to believe,betweenthe five nuclear powers.the usa,russia,france,china,britian that if a smaller country uses nukes without there permission.yah i know pretty screwed up,they would use nuclear weapons against that country as a warning against other countries not to try the same thing or your cities would be gone.i know this answer will bring out the conspiracy nuts and other types but this is probably one of the reasons why nukes have not been used by smaller nations.
