Why do Americans let their government giv 10 billion dollars to Pakistan and 10 billion dollars to Israel?

...when they don't even want to giv their own people Healthcare...are they stealing money from the AID given away to other countries?...what is the reason they don't fix their problems at home in the U.S.A.?
