i know that bollywood is indian , but , for some days.. i have been noticing that pakistanis, first liked our movies and now are starting to claim it. Tell me, why is Rang De Basanti listed as a pakistani movie? and now Sony's (TV) Headquarters is moving to Lahore. Zee's Manager is now Mohammed Shaikh, A pakistani. Pakistani singers are doing much better than indian singers in bollywood. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa , Indian Idol , and Star Voice Of India, are thinking (sa regama already) to get singers from pakistan now. What is SVOI going to be called now, Star Voice Of Indistan? or Pakian Idol? Actually , through a new report, there are more Pakistani Comedians than indian Comedians on TV now. Indian movies are now been called Indian - Pakistani Movies abroad. It looks like Pakistan is slowly ruling over Bollywood, and now, actors from pakistan are going to act in Hindi movies. (some already did) Fardeen Khan acted in a paki film So i just want to ask, is bollywood indian now?

No matter what anybody says...the truth is Bollywood belongs to the people of India. Bollywood is in out hearts & will always remain in our hearts, no body can take that away from us =]
Bollywood is heart mind and soul for Indians. Its just that india and pakistan are except politics connected by such common traits that the commoness has to come out.

Boolywood is purely and 100 % Indian. It is the nickname given to Bombay Film Industry. Pakistan has nothing to do with Bollywood except copies movies and music of Bollywood. and u dont have to be sarcastic about the whole think. pakistani in indian tv and indian actors in paki industry are a part of globalisation. Indian Actors like Om Puri have acted in American Movies, does that make Hollywood as Bollywood
This is a gr8 information from u. I've never noticed this thing. But it doesn't mean that Bollywood is becoming a Pakistani. Bollywood is from heart and soul truly Indian. Its only that Pakistani culture and people are so fascinated and attracted towards Bollywood that they want to become a part of this industry.And you know us-whn it comes to business they can go in any part of the universe - this is just Pakistan. Infact, you can see that many of the actors are working in Hollywood movies also and many foreign actors are acting in our big budget movies also. So don't worry my friend - Bollywood is from head to toe Indian and it will be like that forever!!!

Perhaps we find so may pak singers and musicians in bollywood.. that doesnt make it pakiwood... lolz... reason why most of Paki ppl in bollywood be that they arent getting the big platforms and oppurtunities in Pakistan Industry as they are in bollywood... Take it easy, man..this is just the effect of globalization! get the talent wherever they are, regardless of race, color or religion...BTW, Bollywood is still Indian for now till it becomes incorporated into entities which could then be taken over or bought by investors or MNCs...could happen in the future.
Pakistanis are not attracted to Indian culture. Heck, each and every one of India's neighbours feel better than Indians. The only reason you see all these Pakistani artists making inroads into Bollywood is because they know that in their line of work, working in India for Indians means making 100 times more income.
so what's wrong with that? these 2 cultures r very similar and they bring some spice to eachothers entertainment, its always nice to have something different, and believe me its just a trend that wont last long.
