This is the official website of the Pakistani TaeKwonDo Federation (PTF) offering some great details on the history of Tae Kwon Do in pakistan as well as some great images and resources regarding the spot.
When thinking of sports one always associates Pakistan with cricket, hockey and maybe squash but pakistan has always done well in Tae Kwon Do. Their first participation in an international level competition was back in Nepal in 1999 and the team got 1 x Silver and 3 x Bronze Medals.
